inventoryd is a software toolkit for managing inventories of parts. It provides a web interface (PerCGI-based), command-line tools, a server daemon and a C/C++ API. It can be used to implement an online catalogue with support for advanced parametric searching. inventoryd scales to large inventories thanks to an optimized database format and Berkeley DB v4 as its database backend.
